However, as a registered member you will have access to all of your previously purchased or accessed reports and products. Your account information may also be made available by our support team to enable them to fulfill a product or service request, or to perform a business, professional or technical support function, as necessary. Please note our support team does not have access to any secure billing information, includingyour credit card number, billing address, phone number and so on...
Judicial Process – Your information may be made available to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law or otherwise as required by law.
Search Results- As a responsible public records search service we offer users the ability to opt out of PhoneCheckPro Search results. To restrict/remove information from being displayed in the search results on this website please visit https://www.dataaccessmanagement.com/phonecheckpro/. The information you provide to facilitate the search results opt out process will only be used for that explicit purpose. This information will not be shared, leased, sold or used for any marketing purposes.
The security of your personal information is important to us, and we follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your personal information. However, please be advised that while we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches from ever occurring. When you purchase and register your PhoneCheckPro account you will gain secure access to the PhoneCheckPro member's area. Your account login will be generated upon registration as well as emailed to the email address you provide shortly after your purchase. If you wish to change your personal information or login details you may do so by logging into your PhoneCheckPro member account and changing Account Settings.
All users/customers are required to use at least two forms of authentication when accessing members area. Should you forget your account login information, you may also request that we send a reset link to an email address associated with your account. To prevent unauthorized disclosure of and access to your account and search history, you should take steps to keep your email address and account information secure.
In addition to the user's login credentials such as email/username and password, user authentication is also required when submitting any secure/billing related requests or inquires. User authentication includes account holders valid order number. We are also able to authenticate a user for general tech and billing support matters when the support ticket is initiated from the email address to which the account is registered. Our support staff is strictly prohibited from processing or releasing any user personal information without user authentication.
Never submit any billing or personal related data or requests via voice mail message. Our support staff does not have access or is allowed to collect any of our subscribers' personal information, including credit card numbers and other billing related details.Please note that we do not capture or save account holders phone number during purchase process. Voice mail messages are not automatically paired to the account holder's username or order number to which they may possibly belong. Due to the difficulties related to matching the users account ID through data submitted through voice mails we are unable to authenticate account holder through voice mail alone.
